    • Topdeck Direct's Refund & Return Policy:
    • Original sales receipt must accompany returns with an RMA number. Please email info@topdeckdirect.com for an RMA number.
    • We accept returns for exchnage or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Item must be NEW and UNUSED condition.
    • Items that defective and shipped from us OR items that you did not order and shipped from us will qualify for store CREDIT or a REFUND. please email support@topdeckdirect.com right away.<
    • There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
    • items returned to us after 30 days of the delivery date and it was not a special order will NOT BE REFUNDED.
